Jenaoptronik JAS-150 Digital Aerial Sensor for Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry

Jena-Optronik GmbH is a company of the Photonics Business division of JENOPTIK AG. Taking its cue from previous Jena-Optronik multiline CCD sensor developments, and thanks to the know-how acquired during other camera and spectrometer projects, the company now delivers the most capable pushbroom scanner for remote sensing and photogrammetry.

The Jena Airborne Scanner, together with its photogrammetric processing software, JenaStereo, provides high spatial resolution, very high positional accuracy, and very high resolution radiometric data.

The JAS system is based on the pushbroom principle, which has proved its superiority over framing camera technology in many space-based earth observation systems.
